Operations Coordinator
Location: Salisbury / Hybrid | Salary: .£27,000 - £29,000 depending upon experience
Can you keep your cool in a crisis? We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our small team to help us deliver our humanitarian mission.
REACT is a humanitarian rapid response charity. When there’s an emergency, we give communities the urgent assistance they need to survive and recover. REACT Responders are trained to identify and meet the critical unmet needs at pace to prevent communities being overwhelmed by sudden or unexpected events, such as floods, wildfires, terrorist attacks, pandemics, earthquakes and tropical storms.
We run a lean HQ that provides just enough infrastructure to enable our volunteer Responders to provide humanitarian assistance in the UK and Internationally. Working in collaboration with your colleagues, you will be part of a small expert team, providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to deliver humanitarian responses and training.
We are looking for a talented and aspiring humanitarian to join our small team. Working together with the Operations Team you will be responsible for ensuring our systems and processes run efficiently and effectively and in compliance with organisational requirements so that we can train and deploy our amazing volunteer responders swiftly and safely.

- Salary of £27k - £29k per annum depending upon experience
- Hybrid working
- Generous holiday package of 25 days annual leave per annum (excluding bank holidays).
