Headley Court temporary mortuary - RE:ACT support Surrey Local Resilience Forum

During Wave 1 and 2 of the Covid-19 pandemic, we sent teams to support Surrey Local Resilience Forum at a temporary mortuary facility at Headley Court, set up to manage excess deaths.

RE:ACT has provided similar support to other mortuary facilities up and down the country. Thankfully our support is no longer needed, and whilst we work hard to help the country get back so normal life can resume, we also remember the lives lost and the terrible impact on families and communities. Our thanks to all our volunteers and members of other organisations who stepped forward to take on these challenging tasks.
