Become a Games Responder at Birmingham 2022

RE:ACT is an Official Military Veteran Provider of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

Taking place from 28 July to 8 August, Birmingham 2022will be the largest sporting and cultural event ever to take place in the West Midlands. Over one million spectators will attend, with a global audience of over 1.5 billion. They’ll be watching over 4,500 athletes, representing 72 nations and territories, competing across 19 sports, at 15 competition venues.

And they’ll be assisted by 500 RE:ACT Games Responders, joining the 13,000 Birmingham 2022 volunteers who will be helping to make the Games a vibrant and memorable experience for everyone involved.

RE:ACT is a community of humanitarians, consistently predominantly of military veterans and emergency services personnel.

As a Games Responder, you will bring your pride and passion for service to the Games, working alongside the security workforce to help create a safe environment and welcoming atmosphere for all those attending.

You will contribute to a unique and significant event, uniting people from all over the world in celebration of sporting achievement. And you will join a humanitarian organisation delivering significant impact to people in need in the UK and overseas.
